Deposits

Log in to your BME55 account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank internet banking, InstaPay/PESONet, or Visa/Mastercard debit card. Enter the amount, follow the on-screen prompts, and your funds will be credited to your account almost instantly. Minimum deposit is ₱100.

The minimum deposit at BME55 is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no maximum single deposit limit for most methods, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction limits. If you encounter an issue, contact support and we can advise on the best method for larger deposits.

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are almost always instant — usually within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers can take up to one banking day. If more than an hour has passed and your deposit hasn't appeared, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it to support via live chat. We'll trace it and resolve it fast.

BME55 does not charge any deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider — GCash, bank, or card issuer — may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount. Check your e-wallet or banking app's fee schedule if you're unsure. We recommend GCash or Maya for the most fee-friendly experience for most Filipino players.
Withdrawals

Go to the Cashier section in your account and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payout method — the same options as deposits are available: GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, or Mastercard/Visa. Enter the amount and confirm. Make sure your account has passed KYC verification first — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within one banking day. PESONet bank transfers may take up to two banking days. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer to clear on the bank's end — BME55 processes these requests within 24 hours regardless of the day.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal rejection are: incomplete KYC verification, an unmet bonus wagering requirement, a withdrawal amount below the ₱200 minimum, or a mismatch between your account name and payment account name. KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's a standard identity verification process required by Philippine gaming regulations to prevent fraud and underage gambling. You'll need to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, driver's license) and a selfie holding the ID. Verification usually completes within 24 hours. Until it's done, your account can deposit and bet but cannot process withdrawals.
Betting

Log in to your account and navigate to any sports betting section — NBA, volleyball, football, or esports. Click on the odds for the outcome you want to back, and it'll be added to your bet slip on the right side of the screen. Enter your stake amount in Philippine Peso, review your potential payout, and confirm the bet. It's as simple as that. For fishing games and virtual sports, just click Play on your chosen game.

Generally, bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — this is standard across all licensed betting platforms. However, BME55 may offer a Cash Out feature on selected markets that lets you settle a bet early for a portion of the potential winnings, before the event ends. Check the bet slip of your active bet to see if Cash Out is available for that specific market.

If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, your bet typically stands and will be settled when the game eventually plays. If the event is cancelled entirely or not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, your stake is voided and returned to your account balance. Specifics can vary by market — check the Terms and Conditions or contact support for clarification on a specific event.

The minimum stake per bet is ₱10 on most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event — higher-profile events like NBA Finals or UEFA Champions League finals typically carry higher limits. Bonuses & Promotions

New BME55 members receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to your account automatically once the deposit clears — no promo code needed. The exact amount and percentage are shown on your account dashboard after registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you'll need to bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing winnings derived from it.

A wagering requirement — sometimes called a rollover — means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw winnings that came from that bonus. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place ₱5,000 worth of qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings are available for withdrawal. Your deposit funds are always yours to withdraw at any time, regardless of bonus status.

Go to the Refer a Friend page in your account to get your unique referral link. Share it with friends, and when they register using your link and make their first qualifying deposit, you both earn a reward. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer. Referral rewards are credited to your account within 24 hours of your friend's qualifying activity being confirmed.

Most bonuses are credited automatically, but if yours hasn't arrived within an hour of the qualifying activity, check your account's Bonus section first — it may be pending approval. If it's not there and it's been more than 24 hours, contact support via live chat with your username and the name of the promotion. Bonuses have expiry windows (typically 7–30 days from issuance), so act on them promptly once they land in your account.

Go to Account Settings and select Take a Break for a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or Self-Exclusion for a longer break (30 days up to permanently). Both take effect immediately. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Any balance can be withdrawn. For permanent exclusion, contact support directly.
