These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and BME55 ("BME55", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the BME55 website, mobile platform, and all associated services.
By ticking the acceptance box during registration, logging into your account, or placing any bet or wager on BME55, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full, along with any additional policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
BME55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use BME55. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. BME55 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to confirm a player's age. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years old will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player may hold only one BME55 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. BME55 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all related accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the additional accounts may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without a refund of any remaining balance where fraud is suspected.
BME55 is intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. BME55 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
BME55 does not allow account sharing. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BME55 username and password. Choose a strong, unique password and do not use the same password across multiple platforms. BME55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
BME55 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond. Report it immediately to support@bme55.net.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. BME55 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach was the result of the player's own failure to maintain account security.
BME55 supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). BME55 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.
Deposits are credited to your BME55 wallet in real time for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PESONet may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. BME55 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. BME55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large or unusual deposits.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your BME55 account. This anti-money laundering measure is non-negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically completing within minutes of approval.
BME55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of your payment method. We appreciate your cooperation — these checks protect you as much as they protect the platform.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. BME55 may apply monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts or transfer the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
All bets placed on BME55 are final once confirmed on the bet slip. By tapping "Confirm Bet", you accept the odds displayed at that moment. BME55 cannot reverse a confirmed bet request under normal circumstances. If you believe a bet was placed in error due to a technical fault on BME55's end, contact support immediately and we will investigate.
BME55 makes every effort to display accurate odds. However, in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, vastly incorrect odds that any reasonable person would identify as a mistake — BME55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and live betting markets.
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. For live bets placed after the event has started, settlement will be based on the result at the time of abandonment, subject to sport-specific rules.
BME55 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding the stated maximum may be reduced by BME55 before acceptance, or the excess may be voided post-event if the limit is breached.
BME55 regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players, including welcome bonuses, cashback deals, reload bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before a withdrawal request involving those funds will be approved. Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is outlined in the relevant promotion details on BME55.
BME55 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, BME55 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the offending account.
The BME55 Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn rewards by inviting new players to register. Referal bonuses are subject to the specific terms of that programme, including the requirement that the referred friend completes a qualifying first deposit and meets the applicable wagering conditions. Referal rewards cannot be transferred and expire if not used within the stated validity window.

BME55 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BME55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, delayed settlement, or changes in odds between placement and confirmation. Our total liability to any single player shall not exceed the value of the bets at issue in any dispute.
BME55 collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering on BME55, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
BME55 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience for Filipino players.
BME55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal rules, bonus conditions, or account closure policies — BME55 will notify registered players through the platform or via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of BME55 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise resolved through the BME55 complaints and dispute resolution process described below.
BME55 operates a fair and transparent internal complaints process. If you have a dispute relating to a bet settlement, account action, or payment please contact our support team first. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
